Just in case you hadn’t noticed yet, the Post Office are very keen that you post early.
In this case, they’re worried about it in 1959, and the poster is by Alick Knight, about whom I know nothing at all, but who does seem to have done a lot of posters for the GPO. Including this one from 1951 (borrowed from the BPMA archive) which is wonderful, if a bit small.
